These Terms of Service apply when you use globalexceptional.com or purchase a session, course, membership, or digital product from Global Exceptional. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Bookings and payment

Session prices, durations, and availability are shown during booking. Payment is collected securely through Stripe before a paid booking is confirmed. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation.

Cancellations and rescheduling

• You must give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel a paid session.
• You must give at least 12 hours' notice to reschedule a paid session.
• Cancellations made after the 24-hour deadline are not eligible for a refund or credit.
• Reschedule requests made after the 12-hour deadline are not eligible for a refund or credit.
• If you do not attend a booked session, no refund or credit is provided.

Digital products, services, and refunds

When you purchase our digital products, you're buying non-refundable, digital assets that cannot be returned. Therefore, we don't offer refunds for any products purchased or services already provided. If you decide to end your membership, it's your responsibility to cancel any recurring payments to avoid future charges.

Courses and digital access

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable right to access the materials supplied with that product. You may not copy, resell, publish, distribute, or share paid materials or private access links without written permission from Global Exceptional.

Membership billing

Memberships renew automatically according to the monthly or annual plan selected at checkout until cancelled. You are responsible for cancelling recurring payments before the next billing date if you do not want the membership to renew.

Programme information

We aim to describe every service and programme accurately. Dates, session formats, facilitators, and included resources may be adjusted when reasonably necessary to deliver the programme. Any material change will be communicated to affected customers.

Professional responsibility

Global Exceptional provides education, coaching, and professional development. Results depend on each participant's circumstances, attendance, practice, and application. We do not guarantee a particular career, financial, or personal outcome.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change. The current version and its effective date will always appear on this page.
